THE FUTURE
While
JARC has experienced tremendous growth over the years, more projects are planned
to meet the ever-changing needs of our community.
Four more
group homes are planned to be built in Boca Raton. These
homes will provide us with the opportunity to meet the needs
of adults with developmental disabilities whose needs cannot
be met by our current residential programs. These homes will
provide specialized care to adults with disabilities who may
require additional support to live in a residential setting.
Due to the
success of the Adolph and Rose Levis Apartment Complex, the
Judy Levis-Markhoff Apartments will soon break ground on the
North Campus of the Jewish Federation of SPBC. This complex
will provide additional supported living apartments to meet
the needs of adults with special needs. Adjacent to this
building will be additional training classrooms for our
Adult Day Training Programs. These programs will allow
us to provide meaningful vocational and treatment programs
to adults with challenging behaviors as well as those whose
needs are not met by a traditional vocational setting.
Thanks to
the vision of one family with one need and a singular
mission, we will be able to change the future for
generations of families.
