APARTMENTS / SUPPORTED LIVING

The Adolph and Rose Levis Apartment Complex is home to adults with special needs who do not require 24-hour supervision, but through the resources of a Supported Living Coach, are able to live independent and fulfilling lives. 

The complex includes one bedroom/one bath and two bedroom/two bath apartments which reflect the individuality of each resident. The kitchen and common areas have been tastefully furnished by JARC. 

With the support of caring Supported Living Coaches,  residents learn a myriad of skills, including (but not limited to) budgeting, housekeeping, shopping, cooking, and the utilization of local transportation. Specialized needs are addressed on an individual basis.

An Activities Coordinator plans activities both during the week and on the weekends. Residents may choose which activities to attend and are encouraged to participate in the planning process. The activities include everything from a night at the movies to a Caribbean Cruise.

The apartments are located within walking distance to several plazas with shops to meet many needs, including a grocery store, hardware store, retail shops, a movie theater, drugstore and many restaurants. The local bus stop is located a short distance from the building and provides transportation throughout the county. Other transportation options maybe arranged on an individual basis.
